Sandestin Welcome Center

Located just outside the gates of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida, the Sandestin Welcome Center is a 40,000-square-foot, three-story flagship building of the resort. It acts as a central hub for guest registration, streamlining the check-in process and enhancing the guest experience. It is also a cornerstone of resort operations—housing departments such as accounting, human resources, marketing and Sandestin Real Estate (now The Agency).

The Welcome Center boasts a spacious, two-story lobby that features a signature water fountain, an iconic sand dollar imprinted on the lobby floor, glass elevators, and majestic views of Choctawhatchee Bay. The Center serves as a symbol of commitment to smart growth and development, integrating high technology with dynamic touch screen displays for guest orientation. It also offers a luxurious third-floor balcony with a gazebo for events.
