Parcel 443- Developer (Current)

Miramar Beach, FL

Parcel 443 is located in the prestigious Burnt Pine subdivision within Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. A Development Order has been issued for Parcel 443 to become a 35-lot subdivision with custom homes built on each lot.  Each home will range between $1.2 and $2.2 million dollars. These lots will become some of the last available properties within the sought after Burnt Pine East subdivision.

Destin, FL

Silver Shells is a 5-building, 431-unit high-rise condominium resort built on 23 acres in   Destin, FL. The resort includes tennis courts, a fitness center, full-service spa, restaurant, beach bar, cabanas, a 7,500sf lagoon pool, and a private beach. Development responsibilities encompassed all aspects of development including land acquisition, financing, construction, and sales. There is one additional parcel of land known as St. Kitts that has yet to be developed. The project consists of 76 high-rise condominiums.  A Development Order application is pending with the Destin Planning Department.

The Palms of Destin Resort and Conference Center- Developer (2005-2006)

Destin, FL

The Palms of Destin is a two-tower high rise consisting of 416 units located across the street from Silver Shells in the heart of Destin. The Palms was one of the first resorts in Destin offering conference center space and a location to hold large meetings and conferences. It also houses a restaurant, poolside bar, coffee shop, spa, fitness center, large zero-entry pool, tennis courts and basketball courts. 

Pine Ridge Villas- Developer (2004)

Miramar Beach, FL 

Pine Ridge Villas is located on the north side of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This 42-unit low-rise backs up to the Baytowne Golf Course and is within walking distance of the beach. The condominium building also includes a private pool and all of the amenities offered through Sandestin.

One Beach Club Drive- Developer (2002)

Miramar Beach, FL 

Completed in 2002, One Beach Club Drive is located on the south side of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This 20-story, 102-unit high-rise is located just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. Baypoint Tower- Developer (1993-1994)

Naples, FL

This 104-unit bay front high-rise in Naples, FL is located within the larger 33-acre gated Baypoint community. After construction was complete on Baypoint Tower, the remaining land was sold to WCI for a later development.

Hawaii/Multiple Projects- Developer (1973-1991)

Kauai, HI

Development activity in Hawaii consisted of the completion of four low-rise condominium buildings and a large, high-end subdivision. The development of the Hyatt Hotel at Poipu Beach, a 602-room hotel with an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course, was sold to a large Japanese Trading Company at completion.

Low and Mid-Rise Office Buildings- Developer/Owner (1970’s)

Lafayette, LA

10 low and mid-rise office buildings consisting of over 800,000 square feet were completed for tenants such as Chevron, Exxon, Marathon, Celeron Corporation, the City of Lafayette and other well-known corporations. All buildings were personally managed and leased during the time of ownership.

Single Family Homes and Apartment Complexes- Developer (1970’s)
